What to expect at your denver lasik surgery consultation.
1. The consultation should be free unless you’re going to your regular doctor for another reason. Then they will probably bill your insurance.
2. The surgeon should have done tens of thousands of procedures. Ask this!
3. Check out the lasers. The lasers should be in the building where you’re having the consultation, if not, not a big deal just find out where they are check it out.
4. Get multiple consultations. Since the consultations are free get a few of them to get a good feel for the clinic and doctors. If the clinic is bad mouthing another one then go somewhere else.
5. The type of laser really doesn’t matter as long as its the one recommend by your eye doctor. Studies have shown lasers have very similar LASIK results.
